To demonstrate our commitment to maintaining the privacy of your personal information, we have created this Privacy Notice to inform you of our privacy practices for the personal information that we collect and receive through use of our products and services either offline in person or online (collectively, the “Services”). Our online operations include all websites and applications (collectively, the “Sites”) of Mythic Portal Games.
Mythic Portal Games, LLC collects personal information including but not limited to names, telephone numbers, email and mailing addresses and payment information. This information is utilized strictly by Mythic Portal Games, LLC and not provided to 3rd parties in any way or for any purposes.

Mythic Portal Games, LLC uses this information for the following and other purposes; marketing, play test recruitment, tournament participation and promotion, shipping and order fulfillment.

If personal information including, but not limited to, names, photos or likenesses are used for publication or promotional purposes a release of this information will be secure from the affected individual that delineates the intend use of the information.

Mythic Portal Games, LLC does not employ 3rd party packing or fulfillment services as this would require disclosure of personal Information.

This website aims to be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. We are aware that some screens and PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen reader software and that some videos may not have captions. We are actively working to address these issues. Shipping Policy
Mythic Portal Games, LLC uses common carriers for shipping of any or all products including, but not limited to, t-shirts, games, gaming supplements and other Kickstarter Rewards.
Mythic Portal Games, LLC will disclose the carrier and estimated costs associated with any shipment.
Mythic Portal Games, LLC will also typically use the lowest cost carrier to accomplish a shipping task including USPS, UPS and Fedex. For printed materials such as books this may include Media Mail.
Refund Policy
Mythic Portal Games, LLC will provide a replacement product in the event of defect or damage caused by shipping rather than issue a refund. The product must be returned to Mythic Portal Games, LLC along with the original packaging and receipt for assessment and a replacement will be sent. This must occur within 90 Days of the purchase of the item.

If a product is no longer in stock at the time of the return a refund to the original payment source, if possible, will be made for the original price paid including original, not returned shipping.
